We are thrilled to welcome new dog and cat patients from Northridge, Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, and surrounding San Fernando Valley communities. Here is everything you need for an easy, stress-free first visit.
1. What to Bring
- Previous Records: Vaccine certificates, past bloodwork, or adoption paperwork.
- Current Medications: Prescriptions, supplements, or photos of food packaging.
- Leash or Carrier: Dogs on non-retractable leashes; cats secured in a well-ventilated carrier.
- Fecal Sample (Optional): A fresh stool sample (< 12 hours old) if due for routine annual parasite screening.
2. Records Transfer
Don’t worry about digging through old files. When you schedule, simply provide the name and city of your previous veterinary hospital or adoption shelter.
Our front desk team will contact them directly to request complete electronic medical history prior to your appointment.
3. Transparent Estimates
No unexpected surprises at checkout. Before conducting diagnostics, treatments, or surgical procedures, our team provides a clear, itemized written treatment plan with estimates.
